Champagne Francis Boulard

Delphine & Francis Boulard

Since 2009, Champagne Raymond Boulard has become
Champagne Francis Boulard & Fille ...

Whether they are in the vineyard or in the cellars, father and daughter share the same philosophy :

Winter ploughing and springtime sowing of plant cover, organic fertilisers, manual vine work, harvest at full ripeness and natural fermentation (50:50 stainless steel and wooden vats).

This is a true wine maker's approach, painstaking and patient. Everything we love.

More than just champagnes, these are wines.

The CUVEES

  • Les Mugiers Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
  • Rosé de saignée, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
  • Blanc de Blancs Vieilles Vignes 100% Chardonnay.
  • Grand cru Mailly-Champagne, 90% Pinot Noir, a hint of Chardonnay.
  • Petraea, vintages from 1997 to the most recent ones in one bottle, handled as in a Solera. Mainly Pinots. Aged in oak barrels.
  • Les Rachais, your wine merchant's favourite – and that of the press too!
100 % Chardonnay planted in 1967 on sandy/chalky soil. Aged on fine lees, now undosed (brut nature).
Very limited quantities, only on allocation.
